Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Billie Eilish official merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
